About Sarah Bool

Sarah Bool is the Conservative Member of Parliament for South Northamptonshire.

About Sarah:

Starting at the age of 9 years old helping deliver leaflets for her father in a Council by-election, Sarah has been an active supporter of the party ever since canvassing and leafleting across the country in local and national elections.  She has also been active with fundraising and generally supporting the Conservative Party. She has been on the Executive of the Society of Conservative lawyers for the last 6 years.

Sarah grew up in Rutland and went on to read Modern History at Oriel College, Oxford, after which she moved to London for her Law Degree. She began her training contract at a Magic Circle Law firm in 2012, qualifying as an Associate into Commercial Real Estate in 2014, before moving to a Mayfair based firm in 2017 where she is now a Senior Associate.

In her spare time, she has recently taken up Ballroom and Latin Dancing. She also loves music (she sings in a work choir and played the Violin, Viola and Piano) and drama, having gained my Gold Medal (Solo) Acting.  She also enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures.

Sarah for South Northamptonshire:

Having grown up in a rural community, Sarah is passionate about our countryside and support for our local farmers.  She will bring her legal skills which have developed over the past decade to support residents against inappropriate developments and preserving the beauty and character of South Northamptonshire.  This constituency needs a passionate and dedicated representative which Sarah would be - she would have a permanent base in the Constituency, if elected, so that she could continue to hold regular meetings and discussions with residents, to be a quality constituency Member of Parliament.  As a Type 1 Diabetic, Sarah has regular contact with doctors and nurses and values their care and dedication - she appreciates first hand the importance of quality health care and access to GPs and Dentists.

Sarah will:

  • Campaign locally and in Westminster to protect our area's unique character and beauty - she will work with North and West Northamptonshire Councils to ensure that any development in our area is appropriate and welcome by residents;
  • Support our farmers and all efforts to protect our productive farmland from overdevelopment - our farmers are essential to ensure our food security;
  • Press West Northamptonshire Council Highways, National Highways and Persimmon for the delivery of the Towcester Relief Road in 2025 and will campaign for reliable rural bus services;
  • Consult widely with the local community and represent views on the best future use of the Southfield School Site in Brackley and the proposed planning application for Green Hill Solar Farm towards Bozeat and Grendon;
  • Continue the work of Dame Andrea Leadsom in delivering the first family hub in South Northamptonshire at the Forum in Towcester to help parents throughout their child's life and fight for greater access to NHS dentists and GPs; and
  • Work to ensure HS2 delivers on its mitigation measures for residents during its continued construction
