Yesterday I joined in the annual IPT Poppy Ride, in association with the Royal British Legion, to raise awareness and support for the Poppy Appeal.
I was one of the MPs and Peers who took part in the 10-hour static bike ride! We each cycled as far as we could on an exercise bike in 5 minutes!
All money raised helps the Royal British Legion provide lifelong financial, social, and emotional support for the Armed Forces community.
