A lovely visit to Brook House Care Home, where I had the pleasure of chatting to many residents who are enjoying living there.
The team at Brook House, led by manager Rhiannon Crofts, provides residents with a full programme of activities and events.
I met Grace, who previously lived in Brackley, who is 104 years old! I look forward to visiting again soon.
