A brilliant visit to Towcester Farmers Market last week, which takes place on the second Friday of every month.
There was a vast array of award winning cakes and fresh local produce on offer - including a Sister Sarah cheese from Mark at Cheese on Towcest’! Had to try that one!
In addition to meeting many of our amazing local food producers, I also met with representatives from WNC to discuss their proposed Local Transport Plan.
