Today I met with Stop 3000 Trucks to discuss the proposed warehouse development at the A5/A508 roundabout between Cosgrove and Old Stratford.
As a Commercial Property Lawyer for the past 10 years, I have experience of development proposals such as these and will use my knowledge and background to help opposing this application. I am incredibly concerned not only by the size (particularly of one of the units which is the size of 3 Arsenal stadiums!) but by the issues around the traffic and ghost lane turn, the ecological impact with damage to unique floral/fauna and the flood risk. Stop 3000 trucks needs serious support and I am the candidate with the legal experience to do so. They would have my full support and should I be elected I want another meeting with them to discuss the next steps.
