It was an honour to lay wreaths at three Remembrance services across South Northamptonshire over the last few days.
I attended the St Lawrence Church service in Towcester yesterday morning and visited their beautiful Garden of Remembrance.
In the afternoon, I took part in the parade along Brackley High Street and the service in the town square with our US service representative from RAF Croughton.
This morning, I laid a wreath at the Bozeat war memorial. Local residents had composed a small history of those from the village who fought and died - a touching tribute.
We will remember them.
